Induction pots from SCANPAN

SCANPAN induction pots are made from stainless steel or have stainless steel integrated into the base. They provide even heat distribution without hot spots.

Our induction-compatible cookware ranges are ovenproof up to 250 °C and dishwasher safe. For the longest possible service life, we recommend washing by hand with warm water and washing-up liquid.

FAQ

About our induction pots

How does induction work?

A coil beneath the cooking zone creates a magnetic field that heats the magnetisable base directly. If a magnet sticks to the base, the cookware is suitable for induction.

What are the benefits of induction?
  • Fast heating
  • Precise temperature control
  • Lower risk of burns
  • Efficient energy use

Induction responds quickly and heats the base directly, so less heat is lost.
