You can return your purchase free of charge when you shop at scanpan.eu.
Simply attach the enclosed return label to the parcel and complete the enclosed returns form. If you have lost the form, you can obtain a new one by completing the returns form below.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange an item for another. If you would like a different size or colour, please place a new order for the required size or colour.

PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to deduct a proportionate amount from your refund if the item has been used, if it has not been returned in its intact original packaging, if you have written on or attached labels to the packaging, or if you have otherwise reduced its value.
