Chef pans are included in many SCANPAN ranges, making it easy to find a pan for different kitchen styles. All our chef pans are ovenproof up to 250 °C.
SCANPAN chef pans are made from high-quality materials and designed for years of use with the right care. They are dishwasher safe, although we recommend washing by hand with warm water and washing-up liquid. The pans retain heat well, so a lower temperature is usually sufficient.
