The high-gloss polished 18/10 stainless-steel interior provides maximum durability and easy cleaning, while the high-gloss polished copper exterior creates an elegant, stylish appearance.
Every SCANPAN Maitre D’ Copper pot features stainless-steel handles secured with rivets, helping them stay cool for longer.

Layer upon layer – that is the principle behind the Maitre D' Induction series. The materials in the different layers are carefully selected for optimum performance, durability and appearance: 18/10 steel on the inside for high wear resistance, an aluminium core for excellent heat conductivity, 18/0 steel for induction compatibility and a copper exterior for a beautiful finish. Aluminium extending from the base all the way up the sides maximises heat utilisation, ultimately saving energy when you cook.
