Warranty

SCANPAN® fully guarantees the quality of this product to be free from material and manufacturing defects for a period of 10 years from purchase - with proof of receipt.

This warranty does not cover glass lids.

Damage caused by misuse or abuse is not covered by this guarantee. The warranty applies only if the product is used as intended. More detailed information about the correct use can be found in the "User Guide" supplied with the product.

Repair or replace

SCANPAN® will at its discretion, repair or replace at no charge unsatisfactory products.
